	Welcome Your fully furnished condo features an elevated great room with vaulted ceilings and sky lights that provide a bright and comfortable area for relaxing, watching television or your favorite DVD, or just curling up with a favorite book.

	Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen has service for eight and a large dining room table is great for the family to make the next day’s plans! Barstools at the kitchen counter offer an informal breakfast and snack area.

	Loft A favorite area for the kids is the loft overlooking the great room. Their “private area” atop the spiral stairway has a television, games, and sitting area. When the kids are not using it, the loft is great place for Mom and Dad to escape and relax.

	Bedrooms On the lower level you will find the master bedroom and a smaller second bedroom. Each comfortable room leads directly to the patio and each room is equipped with televisions. The master bath features an inviting jacuzzi tub and the other bedroom has direct access to its own full bathroom. On this level, you will also find the washer and dryer.

Please plan to bring your own beach and pool towels.

Hotel style housekeeping services are available for a nominal additional charge.

A departure cleaning and inspection is included in your rate. Any excessive cleaning charges will be deducted from deposit.

Special arrangements can be made for a fully stocked refrigerator upon your arrival.

Restaurant reservations and tee times are also available upon request.

Any resort amenity fee, such as the water park and health club, is not included.
