The seasonal rates are listed below. One & two week
rentals are for Saturday arrival and depature. A three day rate is offered
subject to availability.
Weekly plans are Saturday check-in after 3:00pm and
Saturday departure before 10:00am.
Weekly plans include a linen package and a departure
cleaning/inspection. Hotel style housekeeping service (Monday thru
Thursday) is available for an additional $100/week for weekly plans only.
Gratuity not included.
A security deposit of $100, plus 50% of the rate plan
is required to hold a reservation and the remaining 50% must be paid prior to
arrival.
The $100 security deposit will be refunded within 10
days of departure pending satisfactory inspection. Any excessive cleaning
charges will be deducted from deposit.
No refunds after arrival and check-in.
Pets are not permitted and the accommodations are
non-smoking
Nightly, monthly, and off season plans are available
upon request.
