OUR VERY SIMPLE RENTAL AGREEMENT


By accepting this agreement, you the renter agree:

•  The check-in time is not prior to 3:00pm and the check-out time is not later than 10:00am, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

•  No items from the linen package supplied with the condo are to be removed from the condo. We suggest you bring your own beach and pool towels as well as any other personal toiletry items such as soaps, shampoos, etc.

•  At least one member of your party is age 25 or older and this person as well as all guests are responsible for their actions and conduct and shall abide by any rules or regulations set forth by Kingston Plantation and local authorities. Each member of your party accepts full responsibility for their safety and personal possessions at all times.

• Any excessive cleaning, damages to the condo or contents, missing or damaged furnishings, or evidence of smoking or pets will result in forfeiture of security deposit.  Charges for missing or damaged furnishings are your responsibility.

•  Your rental rate, applicable taxes, and security deposit are due in full at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival.

•  Cancellation within seven (7) days of arrival is subject to 50% penalty.

•  No refund after check-in.

•  The town home is smoke and pet free.  Any evidence of smoking or pets or animals will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and all charges for remediation will be the responsibility of the renter.
